A part in the production process of Finger Joint Board (Part 1)

Finger joint board pick up the main raw material from small natural wooden bars, which are match together in different types to make up the final product.
Produced by modern process line which make the best quality products
The process of producing basic wood stick consists of the following steps:
- The raw material will be processed by Ripsaw, dividing the wood into standard bars.
- Treated wood is dried to remove moldy, termites
- Used wood laminating machines to match the wooden sticks together by a special glue follow in the type of graft is installed by default
- After pairing together into large panels, treat with glue dry to increase adhesion
- Put in sanding paper to smooth the surface
- Finishing products (veneer, laminate or paint finish)
